Cancellation Policy

Understanding our cancellation guidelines ensures a smooth planning process for your upcoming travels, special events, or celebrations.

01. Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Rides

Standard airport transportation transfers and point-to-point private car services require notice. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

We charge the full reservation amount for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. These late cancellations remain completely non-refundable.

02. Limousines, Party Buses & Hourly Charters

Specialty fleet vehicles require a significant logistics commitment. This policy applies to our classic stretch limos, luxury SUV limos, sprinter vans, party buses, and coach buses.

You must cancel these reservations at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled reservation date remain entirely non-refundable.

03. Passenger No-Shows

Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location on time. You must establish contact with our office dispatch or chauffeur within the standard grace period.

Failing to meet your driver transforms the ride into a No-Show. We do not offer refunds for no-shows. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

04. Booking Changes & Rescheduling

Itinerary adjustments depend entirely on real-time fleet availability. This includes requests to modify your pickup date, shift times, upgrade vehicles, or alter routes.

We make every effort to accommodate changes seamlessly. However, adjusting your booking details near your service window may incur additional operational fees.

05. Refund Processing Times

Our administrative team issues approved refunds directly back to your original payment method. Standard banking processing times apply to all transactions. Funds typically take 3 to 7 business days to clear and reflect on your statement.

06. Special Events, Weddings & Peak Dates

High-demand seasonal dates carry custom, highly strict, or completely non-refundable cancellation criteria. This restriction applies to local proms, homecomings, peak wedding weekends, and major sporting events or concerts. Our team communicates any unique terms clearly on your invoice at the time of booking.
